1. Who we are

TravelFrontDesk is made and run by Brand N Build Services in the Philippines. You can reach us at support@brandnbuildservices.com.

These terms cover travelfrontdesk.com and the prices on it. If you sign up, the agreement you sign with us sets out the service, payment, and how either of us can end it. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

2. Using this website

• You may read, share and link to any page.
• Don’t use the contact form to send anything other than a genuine inquiry, or to send mail to someone else’s address.
• Screenshots of the admin show a demo property with invented guests. They show how the product works, not anyone’s real bookings.

3. Prices

• All prices are in Philippine pesos and exclude 12% VAT, which is added to your invoice.
• All prices are in Philippine pesos.
• Prices on this site and from the price calculator are a guide. The price that applies to you is the one in your written quote.
• We may change our prices. A change doesn’t affect a quote you’ve already accepted.

4. Plans

Every plan includes every feature; plans differ in how many rooms, users and photos they hold. If you reach a limit, the admin tells you, nothing is deleted or hidden, and you can move up a plan.

5. Your website

• The website is a one-time fee: ₱15,000 for the first page, ₱1,000 for each page after.
• Launch offer: while spots last, we build the website free for our first 10 clients. It applies to the website build only; plans are charged as usual.
• Up to 3 rounds of changes per page are included while we build it.
• Every property’s website is built by us, and we look after it once it’s live.
• After it’s live, changes are ₱400 for the first hour of each request (also the minimum), then ₱150 for each hour after.
• We work up to 8 hours a day on a change request; a bigger one runs over more days, and each hour is billed.
• Your domain is yours: you buy it and it stays in your name.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photos, text or logos you send us for your site.

6. Demo websites

Before you sign up, we may build a demo website for your place so you can try it. A demo commits you to nothing, and it’s taken down if you decide not to go ahead.

7. This website’s content

We keep this site accurate and say plainly what isn’t built yet, but it’s information, not a promise of a particular result. If something here is wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

9. Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. See also our privacy policy and cookie policy.
