Privacy policy

This policy covers the website travelfrontdesk.com. If your property uses TravelFrontDesk, how we handle your guests’ data is set out in your agreement with us.

1. Who we are

TravelFrontDesk is made by Brand N Build Services, in the Philippines. We are responsible for the information described here. Questions go to support@brandnbuildservices.com.

2. What we collect

• The contact form: your name, property name, email address, and, if you add them, your mobile number, number of rooms, location, where your bookings come from, and your message.
• Email you send us directly.
• Server logs: like every web server, ours records each request, including your IP address and browser. The logs are kept for 14 days and are not used to identify you.

3. What we don’t collect

• No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or social pixels.
• No cookies of our own, and nothing stored in your browser. The one exception is Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page; see section 5 and the cookie policy.
• No profiling, and nothing sold or shared for advertising.

4. Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, show you what TravelFrontDesk would look like for your place, build your demo website if you ask for one, and send you a price. We won’t add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.

When you send the form, we email you once to confirm we received it. That email repeats nothing you typed.

5. Who else sees it

• Brevo delivers the contact form to our inbox and sends your confirmation email.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs on the contact page only, to tell real inquiries from automated ones. It sends your IP address, browser information and how you used the page to Google, under Google’s privacy policy and terms. We use the result only to check that submission.
• Amazon Web Services hosts this site in Singapore.
• Our email provider, in the ordinary course of delivering mail.

If you’d rather not load reCAPTCHA at all, email support@brandnbuildservices.com instead of using the form.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t lead to working together are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep your records while we work together and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. Ask us to delete something sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email support@brandnbuildservices.com and we’ll respond within 30 days, at no charge. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form’s settings and keys are kept off the web server’s public files. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we’ll tell you.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
