Features

Everything your desk does, in one admin.

And everything your guests can book or ask for, on your own website.

Your website

We build it for your place. It isn’t a template with your logo on it.

  • Designed with you, in your colours, on your own domain
  • Rooms, add-ons, menu, services, occasions and facilities all come from the admin
  • Save a change and the site picks it up on its next rebuild
  • Links to your Agoda, Booking.com and Airbnb listings, if you have them

Bookings

Guests send a request. You decide.

  • Booking requests hold the room for 72 hours
  • Confirm or decline from the admin. Requests you don’t answer expire on their own
  • The confirmation email carries your payment instructions, in your words
  • Walk-ins and phone bookings entered at the desk
  • Bookings from Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Trip.com or Traveloka entered at the desk, with that site’s reservation number
  • Rooms with several identical units, counted one by one
  • Search by reference, name, email or phone, and export to Excel

Rooms board

Every room by its number, and where each one stands.

  • Number your rooms, and give a booking its rooms when the guest arrives
  • Check guests in and out, one room at a time
  • Your own room statuses, like Cleaning or Out of order
  • Each room’s history by date, downloaded to Excel

Add-ons

The extras a guest adds while booking, priced into the total.

  • Priced per stay, per night, per guest, or per guest per night
  • A daily limit, like two airport pick-ups a day, that stops the site overselling
  • Change the add-ons on a request before you confirm it

Calendar and blockouts

Every booking on one month view, and the dates you’ve closed.

  • Close dates for repairs or a private event
  • Block the whole place, a room type, or only some of its units
  • See how many units are free each night, and who is staying
  • Click a day to take a booking for it
  • Calendar sync with Agoda, Booking.com and Airbnb: each room swaps calendar links with the site, so a stay booked there closes the night here, and a full night here closes it there, a few times a day. Agoda syncs only room types with exactly 1 room.

The rest of the stay

The things a hotel system leaves out.

  • A breakfast or dining menu with your own categories
  • Services with a price, or “quoted per party”
  • Occasions like birthdays and weddings, each with an inquiry form
  • Facilities and guest reviews on your site
  • One photo library for the whole site

Messages

Event and general inquiries land in the admin and in your inbox.

  • Reply from the admin, and the guest’s answer comes back to the same thread
  • Every message kept with the guest’s details

Reports

Only for the people whose role you let see them.

  • Revenue, occupancy, average daily rate and RevPAR for any dates
  • By room and by source, each booking site on its own row, with add-ons counted apart from rooms
  • Requests still pending shown separately, not counted as sold
  • Sales and bookings downloaded to Excel

Your team

Logins for the people at your desk, with the right limits.

  • Add your own people, each with their own login
  • Roles you set up page by page: what each person can see, and what they can change
  • Hand the owner’s role on to someone else
  • One login across several properties, with a switcher

Your plan

What your plan includes and what you pay, in the admin.

  • Rooms, logins and photo storage against your plan’s limits
  • For the owner: what you pay, line by line, with VAT, any discount and when it endsFor the owner: what you pay, line by line, any discount and when it ends

What TravelFrontDesk doesn’t do yet

  • Online payment. Guests pay you the way they do now, by GCash, bank transfer or at check-in.
  • Bookings in your Google Calendar.
  • Point of sale, housekeeping or accounting.
