- Do prices include VAT?
- No. Every price on this page is before VAT, and 12% VAT is added on your invoice. The calculator shows both.
- Do bigger plans get more features?
- No. Every plan gets everything on this page. Plans differ only in their limits, such as rooms, users and photo storage.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- The admin tells you which limit you’ve reached and how much you’re using. Nothing is deleted or hidden. Ask us to move you up a plan.
- I have more than 50 rooms.
- Talk to us. We can set higher limits for your property.
- Can I see my website before I sign up?
- Yes. We build you a working demo of your website first, with your rooms and rates, so you can try it like a guest before you decide.
- What does the website fee cover?
- The design, your rooms and photos, every page, connecting your domain, and up to 3 rounds of changes per page while we build. ₱15,000 for the first page, ₱1,000 for each page after, paid once. The domain is yours to buy.
- I already have a website.
- We build you a new one for your place. TravelFrontDesk runs on the websites we build and look after, so every property gets one.
- What if I want changes later?
- We look after your website once it’s live; hosting and updates are in your plan. You change rooms, rates, photos and menus yourself in the admin. Changes to the website itself are ₱400 for the first hour, which is also the minimum, then ₱150 for each hour after. We work up to 8 hours a day on a change, so bigger ones run over more days.
- I have two properties. Do I pay twice?
- Each property has its own plan and its own website. Both sit under one login.
- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- No. Guests pay you directly, the way you tell them to.
